Migration Solutions began operations in 2006 as a sole proprietorship, recruiting Ghanaians for employment opportunities outside the country on a relatively small scale.
As our operations and international relationships expanded, the company was incorporated as a limited liability company in 2010. We subsequently obtained a Government of Ghana licence to operate as a Private Employment Agency with authorisation to undertake international recruitment.
We have grown into an established employment agency with extensive experience in local and international recruitment, labour mobility and responsible labour migration.
Migration Solutions Ltd operates under Section 7 of the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651) and the Labour Regulations, 2007 (L.I. 1833).
Section 7(1) requires a Private Employment Agency to be a corporate body that has applied to, and been granted a licence by, the Minister. Section 7(5) provides for a licensed agency to recruit workers for employment outside Ghana where that international recruitment is authorised under its licence and applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
Our Private Employment Agency Licence Number is PEA 215, authorising us to recruit Ghanaians for legitimate employment opportunities outside Ghana. The current licence is valid until July 2028 and is renewed on a two-year cycle in accordance with Regulation 3(4) of L.I. 1833.
Our licence and international recruitment authority distinguish Migration Solutions Ltd as legally permitted to recruit and place Ghanaians in employment outside the country.
